تم اليوم تكريم المهندس عصام العول – رئيس الهيئة العامة للمعارض والمؤتمرات الدولية – تقديراً لإسهاماته وجهود الهيئة في دعم وإنجاح هذا الحدث العلمي الدولي، وما وفرته من بيئة تنظيمية متميزة أسهمت في إبراز المؤتمر بصورة تليق بمكانة ليبيا.
وقد قام الدكتور علي عثمان الباجي – رئيس المؤتمر وممثل Springer Nature Switzerland في ليبيا – بمنح درع التكريم للمهندس عصام العول، وذلك خلال احتفالية حضرها نخبة من الشخصيات الوطنية الداعمة، من بينهم:
• المهندس رشيد صواني – رئيس مجلس إدارة مجلس أصحاب الأعمال الليبيين
• السيد العارف القاجيجي – المدير التنفيذي لمجلس أصحاب الأعمال الليبيين
• المهندس أمين صالح – رئيس المؤسسة الليبية للتقنية
• السيد سعيد جودة – رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة فارس للتقنية
كما شهدت الفعالية حضوراً للأستاذ سليمان لامين – عضو مجلس الإدارة في الجمعية الليبية لمتلازمة داون، والسيد نوري خليفة أبوشعالة – المستشار بمجلس أصحاب الأعمال الليبيين.
ويؤكد هذا التكريم على الدور الريادي للهيئة العامة للمعارض والمؤتمرات الدولية في تعزيز مكانة ليبيا كوجهة قادرة على استضافة الفعاليات والمؤتمرات الدولية الكبرى، وخاصة في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الحديثة.

Today, Engineer Essam Al-Aoul, Chairman of the General Authority for International Exhibitions and Conferences, was honored in recognition of his contributions and the Authority’s efforts in supporting and ensuring the success of this international scientific event. He also commended the distinguished organizational environment it provided, which contributed to highlighting the conference in a manner befitting Libya’s stature.
Dr. Ali Othman Al-Baji, Conference Chairman and Springer Nature Switzerland Representative in Libya, presented Engineer Essam Al-Aoul with the honorary shield during a ceremony attended by a select group of national figures, including:
* Engineer Rashid Sawani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Business Owners Council
* Mr. Al-Aref Al-Qajiji, Executive Director of the Libyan Business Owners Council
* Engineer Amin Saleh, Chairman of the Libyan Technology Foundation
* Mr. Saeed Joda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fares Technology Company
The event was also attended by Mr. Suleiman Lamin, Board Member of the Libyan Down Syndrome Association, and Mr. Nouri Khalifa Abu Shaala, Advisor to the Libyan Business Owners Council. This recognition underscores the pioneering role of the General Authority for International Exhibitions and Conferences in enhancing Libya’s position as a destination capable of hosting major international events and conferences, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and modern technologies.
