وبحث اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين الهيئة والمجلس في مجالات دعم القطاع الخاص والمشاركة الفاعلة في المعارض والمنتديات الاقتصادية، بما يسهم في تحفيز الاستثمار المحلي والخارجي وتطوير بيئة الأعمال في ليبيا.
وخلال اللقاء، قام مجلس أصحاب الأعمال الليبيين بتكريم رئيس الهيئة ومنحه درع المجلس، تقديراً لجهوده ودوره البارز في دعم فعاليات المجلس وتعزيز الشراكة مع مؤسسات الأعمال الوطنية.
وأكد الجانبان حرصهما على مواصلة التنسيق لإطلاق مبادرات مشتركة تسهم في تنشيط الاقتصاد الوطني وتوفير منصات متطورة لرجال الأعمال والمستثمرين.
Tripoli – On Sunday morning, August 24, 2025, Eng. Essam Al-Aoul, Chairman of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences, met with Eng. Rashid Sawani, Chairman of the Libyan Businessmen Council, accompanied by the Council’s Executive Director, Mr. Al-Aref Al-Qajiji.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the Authority and the Council in the areas of supporting the private sector and active participation in economic exhibitions and forums. This would contribute to stimulating local and foreign investment and developing the business environment in Libya.
During the meeting, the Libyan Businessmen Council honored the Chairman of the Authority and presented him with the Council’s shield, in appreciation of his efforts and prominent role in supporting the Council’s activities and strengthening partnerships with national business institutions.
The two sides affirmed their commitment to continuing coordination to launch joint initiatives that contribute to revitalizing the national economy and providing advanced platforms for businessmen and investors.
